The UMM® includes over 100 hours of training. If you can spare four hours a week, you could complete the programme within six months. But you can learn at a pace that’s comfortable for you. You have up to 12 months to complete the course.

Not only will you get the tools to become the best coach you can be, but you will also get a framework to follow, as well as tools and methods to use and come back to again and again. The Unbreakable Mindset Method® will support a range of needs, giving you the tools you can rely on to get your clients transformational results. It will also give you the fundamental knowledge of the specific triggers that can hold people back and the coping mechanisms you and your clients need to be able to live a happy and content life of their dreams.
The Unbreakable Mindset Academy has gone through a rigorous process to make sure all its students are accredited by the governing body, with a certification that is a level four diploma equivalent. The governing body is the ACCPH, (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapists.) Once you have successfully completed your certification, you will automatically be passed on to the ACCPH where you can join their accreditation and become a member. You can be listed on their website as a fully trained level four coach.
You’ll get discounted insurance rates due to ACCPH’s association with a leading broker – Westminster Indemnity. Westminster Indemnity will accept members with Home Study/Distance Learning Qualifications.
This is completely up to you. There are 75 hours of self-study time so if you work out how much time you can give to the course on a weekly basis, you can then work out how long it will take you to complete the course material. 4 Hours a week would allow you to complete in 4 months Then you need to add on 10 weeks for when you coach your volunteer client with the support of your Academy mentor.
When you first enroll we will ask you what your goal is to complete, and we will gently keep you accountable and keep you on track.
- There will be live bi-weekly training that lasts 90 minutes (recorded if you can’t make it live!)
- You will have your online course material delivered in bite-size videos
- You are allocated two, 1 hour coaching sessions with your mentor from the coaching Academy to ask any questions you have and these can be used at any time throughout the duration of the course.
- You will get the chance to submit questions before each support session, to be answered live on the bi-weekly zoom.
Here at the Unbreakable Mindset Academy, our aim is to get you into the coaching world fully supported and feeling comfortable. At each stage of the assessment process, the purpose is to make sure that you have understood the material, so we feel you have misinterpreted the information we will provide you with a more in-depth explanation.
Once you become a certified coach you will be able to access ongoing monthly support via the Unbreakable Mindset Graduate Supervision. This will consist of monthly supervision which allows you to maintain your accreditation with the governing body as well as supporting you and your clients in your coaching practice.
